I started photography school right before digital photography was a thing. Shooting film has given me a great education when it comes to lighting and exposure. It is the reason for my love of black and white images. Tom and I have always been surrounded by the most amazing people. Being so connected with family and a community has spurred on the direction for my business. I am honored having people in my life who have hired me.
I love capturing relationships between people and I've been told I have a gift for putting people at ease. No shoot is ever perfect, but over the past 25 years of shooting I've developed the skill needed to handle difficult situations. You want someone that can problem solve and quickly to insure your photos are what you need and want.
The magic Bella brings to photography is her great passion for design, artistry and story-telling with an eye for creative imagery that stirs the soul. As a natural-light shooter, she also captures the candid moments to tell your story naturally.
Capturing memories is something I have been doing since junior high. I believe having images of particular moments brings you back to that specific time and how you felt; remembering it forever.
